PROVEN, AUTHENTIC, WORLD CLASS

When Melburnians think of their city’s skyline, they think of Rialto— that iconic silhouette attached to memories of growing up in Melbourne.

Today, Rialto continues to stand as a symbol of the city’s growth, aspirations and sophistication.

The iconic building’s recent, grand-scale regeneration delivered state-of-the-art facilities, stellar additions to Rialto’s already-exceptional dining offering and new world-class workspaces.

In addition, investment in technology, security infrastructure and energy features have sharpened Rialto’s leading edge, cementing its status as an unrivalled address for first-class businesses.

A RICH HISTORY

Ambition is built into Rialto’s bones. Commissioned by Patrick McCaughan, an entrepreneur capitalising on Melbourne’s land boom of the 1880s, the original Venetian Gothic-style Rialto building was finished in 1891.

Fast-forward almost 100 years Rialto opened its doors in 1986 after a four-year construction. Signalling an engineering triumph as Australia’s then-tallest building, Rialto redefined the skyline, becoming a beacon of business excellence and ambition.
